Learn to be a Winemaker

Wine from kits are delicious, and easy to make at home.

Participants in this 4-session class will "learn by doing" how to make wine from a kit. Each session will last 1 - 2 hours. The final session will feature a tasting of each of the wines made. At the end of the class, each participant will take home 26 - 28 bottles of wine.

Session 1 (April 11) - Starting the Wines (Primary Fermentation)
Session 2 (April 18) - Racking and Secondary Fermentation
Session 3 (May 2) - Clairfying the Wine
Session 4 (May 16) - Bottling and Wine Tasting

Participants must attend all sessions and are required to have the following materials:
- WineExpert Mist Wine Kit
- 6-gallon primary fermenter
- 6-gallon glass or plastic carboy
- Airlock
- Specific gravity reader
- Long-handled spoon / spatula
- 30 wine bottles, corks and labels

Limited to 4 participants (no more than 8 people); MUST BE 21+ to register.
